Cotton Waste is procured from spinning and weaving mills as produced during their process of making yarns and fabrics.

We process this cotton waste and produce qualities that can be used as a raw material for a vide range of products.

Our processing facility comprises of Willow Machines, Step cleaners, Fine openers and Saw tooth openers, Garneting machines.

Our productions can be used for Spinning coarse yarns, OE spinning, Non-woven products, Paper making, Medical products, Filling mattresses and Felts.

The products are packed in bales of about 150 kg to 160 kg each. We have our own in-house pressing facility specially set-up for packing such materials. These are shipped by containerized ships and 1 20ft container accommodates about 100 bales (about 15,000 kg to 16,000 kg). We can also pack the bales in light density if required.

We are in the processing and export business of Cotton Waste for the last 40 years and are fully geared up to meet customer requirements.

For customers that need 100 % cotton materials, we can supply products with guarantee as our systems can isolate materials at source. We also have the facility of checking in-house where with special lights, we can identify and sort out foreign materials.
